Ok, what’s up with this dude, you think? Well, except from delivering some of the finest moments of rock’n roll history all over again, wrapped in a modern  package, it’s all about taking care of the past. Music will last forever, and some songs do, but the format they are saved in, aren’t that good you see. Some of you do not have a vinyl-player or a cassett-deck, so than I’ll decided to re-record my favourites for you so you can here them without any hissing and crackels.

This idea was formed when I was but very young. I was living in my hometown Trondheim, that’s in mighty Norway. I guess you’re already familiar with the bands that origins from this mighty town. Bands like Kjetil By, Lipservice, Father & Son, Perfect Crime, Liliedugg, Firestones, Johnny Yen Bang, Funeral Flash, and Belsen Boys keeps your head nodding with familiarity I guess.  Even Randi Hansen (famous for the classic “Får æ værra sola di”) lived in Vikammer a period some time ago. With this musical background it’s no wonder that I started to follow in those huge footsteps these bands had already made. When I was seven years old, I was hanging out my bedroom-window singing another local hit “Får itj æ pøls, så hoppe æ i ælva”. Some wished I would, hehehe….

Well, all these bands mentioned above are my inspiration, but I’ve chosen to record songs from other artists like The Beatles, Led Zeppelin and Jannicke. That’s because I feel that their songs aren’t as good as they could be, so if someone with better skills, (like me) recorded them, they would finally get the production and arrangement they deserve.

Anyway, I’ve started a whole new Trondheim-style, and I’m not alone anymore. Other bands like Sön öf Cowböy-Laila, Claydermädchen and Pigs Unlimited are following in the same path, but with other inspiration-sources…

The equipment I’m using is a yellow guitar, a almost-good Roland Synth, a blue bass and one of these microphones you get when you by a PC. I recently bought a banjo so I can broaden my soundlandscape…
